Both the first and second parts were worth 3 marks each. well if you get a 40 in m1 and 55 in p1 your total score will be 95, so yes you may score an AS Level A(a). However it will probably be a low A(a) -

So W = 2N and ma = (0.2)(67.5) = 13.5 so R = W + ma = 2 + 13.5 = 15.5 i am sorry if I sound sarcastic, but where is the 17.5? I sued the equation u suggested and I stil got 15.5 We DID take the weight into account. -
