    No. I myself gave exams in 2 sessions There was a thing previously like that. CIE gave us A* in nov 2009, but IBCC policy of accepting A* didn't start till June 2010. So our A* were considered equal to A.

    usually schools offer full scholarship at 8A in olevels Still you pay around 20,00rs for sciences for 3 months so monthly fee for sciences (including practical fee) comes around 8,000rs if you get full scholarship i can only tell about lahore. Sorry robinhoodmustafa can you help?
