    well to be honest it was a horrible paper :p I hope we all did wel in p2 and wil IN SHAA ALLAH do wel in p1!!! so cheers!!! everyone who did bad in p3 ( lyk me) just chillax and study hard for p1.. the best thing to do for mcq's is to do loads and loads of pastpapers :D

    okay in d ( i ) we found the molecular formula as SiCl3... now in d ii the first Mr is 133 that is SiCl3 cuz (28+35+35+35=133)... now we have 247... let's see 247-133=114, we knw the formula of 133, find the formula of 114 which is SiCl2O (28+35+35+16=114) ,add both formulas of 133 and 114...

    man how could M have been nitrogen? they clearly stated it was a METAL and the formula was M2CO3 so M has to be a GROUP 1 element :/
