For labour turnover I got 18(.2?)%??? :O I took current workforce which was 52 I think and added 12 the total laborers left during previous year.. so divided 12/64 x100 to get the turnover. Did I do it wrong??!! -

But if a reasonably large proportion of answers for a specific question are a bit vague or differ from the actual demands of the question, they probably lower their grading standards for that question. And if many people don't do well on a question GT should be lower. -

Well I didn't write about change in objectives due to recession but wrote something like, when a business is newly formed it might have different objectives - survival and growth first and foremost. When the business is well established its objectives might change to increasing share value... -

I completed section A within half an hour, then had to decide between mostly 5 and 7 in section B, I had forgotten how to answer 6. 7 was again a bit complex so opted for A it was soooooo easy :p -

In section A I did the 2 300-450 word passages about a contrasting description of a quiet peaceful place, and later on it turns into a popular resort. For section B, it was the last one about a sports/leisure center. -
