Its B and its not A as catalyst increases rate but does not effect equilibrium so it can be seen that the it is referring to equilibrium due to pressure still being high enough. Besides im pretty sure catalyst were used that time as well for this reaction unless they were invented recently xD. -

The question states which of these combinations can form from cracking so we can make multiple combinations for example: CH3(CH2)5CH=CH2 = CH3(CH2)2CH3 + CH2=CHCH=CH2 which now proves Z is correct. CH3(CH2)5CH=CH2 = CH3CH=CH2 + CH2=CH2 + CH2=CHCH3 Similarly X and W is proved. CH3(CH2)5CH=CH2 =... -

I think i get it now Blood from right atrium will leak to left side so the blood entering right ventricle would be less so blood would be pumped at lower pressure in pulmonary artery not at higher pressure so the blood will enter the lungs at a lower rate and the diffusion rate of oxygen... -
