So what u mean to say is, the highest value will be subtracted with the lowest value from the set of values used to calculate the mean with? And then this divided by two? Then what does range/2 find? ...I'm sorry , I think I'm confused :( -

Btw is this the only way you can calculate uncertainty? Simply subtracting the highest with the lowest and dividing by two? Cuz there's another question from the same paper Q8 (b) Im getting +-162 mm :$ Sorry for bothering you like this bro! -

Yes! I got the answer , except for the uncertainty part I got 0.015 but I'm guessing I have to round it of and I'll get 0.02 then :D JazhakAllah Khair ! May Allah Pass you with A*, Ameen! -

Hey! Can anyone tell me how's to solve question 1 from June 2012 unit 3B physics , Im not getting the right mean value can anyone tell me how to calculate this mean and the uncertainty cuz the way I'm doing it I'm getting 0.3 mm :S -
