    Germany is not only cheap but also most of the universities are tuition free but the problem is most of the universities offer courses in German only, even if we learn German, we still can't master it the way we know English.

    yes, they are usually released by this time. Forms for many other countries like Bostswana, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are already here

    yep...I also have to call them regarding another issue which is that can my exam center be changed once I have registered? I mean I am not sure I may have to shift to another city but since I'm not sure, we may or may not...so will they change the center in case I do shift? any idea?

    you are right...but since I just mailed them the day before yesterday, so possibly it's going to be out soon
