    That "Retaking my AS" question.

Getting A*? lol, just getting an A makes me unbelievably happy. :p By any chance, do you have P3 Pure Maths? Cuz for me, P1 and P6 will be AS and P3 and P4 will be A2. Both will be setup by the CIE exam board.

    That "Retaking my AS" question.

So, my AS result came out recently and I got B - in both chemistry and biology. (And I'm satisfied, so I don't wanna retake them again - cuz I need to conc. on my A2) BUT, for my maths, I've got a rather disappointing grade 'D'. Should I resit my maths AS or not? My only fear is that...I...

    Advise for retake needed.

Average student + A in chemistry? It's unusual to see those words in the same sentence. Anyway, I agree with those all above, with A in AS. That e'nuff. Just concentrate on ur A2. And...since ur AS just came out today...I'm guessing we're from the same country :D

But I know one thing for sure: I procrastinate too much. I mean, there's just TOO MANY DISTRACTION INSIDE THE HOUSE. And...

    What's your secret?

I've been roaming around the forum and overwhelmed to see most of the members here obtain very high grades in their A-Level. I mean, real overachievers high. So I've been wondering, how much effort did you really put in to get such grades (A*/A)? I'm definitely not the overachiever...

Advantages of doing AS and A2 together

Well...from my past experiences. It depends on the subjects you're taking and how many of them. If AS syllabus is closely related with A2, then why not? Though I once did AS and A2 together, and unfortunately, the end result is rather unsatisfying. There were also a lot of clashes between the...
