What are the percentages for each grade at Cambridge O Level?
The process of grading in Cambridge O Level involves deciding the minimum mark necessary for eachgrade. We do not have predetermined thresholds (or quotas of candidates). After each examination series we decide the minimum marks for each threshold (gradeboundaries) for each individual component. We carry out this process in order to ensure that the demands on the candidates are the same for every subject and every examination series. We are therefore unable to provide a general list of percentages required for eachgrade

The general percentages for all subjects are this in all O'level subjects' syllabus:
A* - 90% and above
A - 80% and above
B - 70% and above
and so on.
But O levels papers are judged by conditional percentile i.e relative marking is done. There are no fixed percentages. These are just percentages to give you a general idea.

Then you should know that there is no clear mark out there because it keeps changing. A* grade in some subject might be 90% last year but this year it may be 85%, who knows. The point is, and as that document Waleed posted says, CIE now judges each and every component individually and relatively and compiles them in the end for a grade which may be different than last year's.
