i gave my olevels exam nd got an equivalance of 58.8% my alevels equivalance is 70% nd m very upset as i cant apply in engineering universites as m not eligible due to olevels grades m thinking of giving two papers of olevels in may june 2013 for my improvement but i dun want to waste more year..so can i apply in univiersites ??

When did you give your olevels? Session and year?
Did you give all subjects in one session or multiple? If multiple then when?
(There is to be a maximum gap of one year between the two olevel sessions, so you must give olevels again. I don't know whether IBCC will accept your documents as if you repeat your alevels now, you would have done your olevels after your alevels)
What were your olevel grades for phy,chem,eng,Urdu,math,Pakistan,isl and bio/computer studies$?
What are your Alevel grades?
Which universities do you intend to apply, government or private?

Your olevel marks add up in your Alevel equivalence.
