For informal:

Your address

Dear Friend

Introduction

Main Body

Concluding lines

Your's Friendly, loving (anything)

And your name

For Formal:

To,
Name

Addressee's Address

Your Address

Subject:

Respected Sir/Madam

Introduction

Main Body

Ending Lines

Yours Sincerely

Your Signature

Your name.

***Everything in block format. (your teacher says right BUT you have to indent ONLY in the main body. Cambridge recommends this format)
