O-Level Chemistry, is a continuation of the Science you studied before Grade 8.
With prior knowledge of Elementary Chemistry, you are supposed to understand complex Chemical structures, formulas and thus gain a good grasp on the Chemical world around you.
The O-Level Chemistry Syllabus is divided into sections.
Electro-Chemistry, Chemistry Calculations, Organic Chemistry, Reaction-related Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Metals, Environmental Chemistry.
You need to have a good understanding of all these Sections, and their individual topics.

The Chemistry Theory Paper consists of structured questions of varying marks. There are two sections, A and B. I think we have choice in the Section B (I'm not sure).
After understanding the concepts of each topic, you need to learn the facts, the reactions involved, and everything. Then you will be able to answer the complex Chemistry Questions in the Theory Paper.
It's Easy, if you understand stuff. I find it extremely easy, now.
