Will there be something unusual with May/June 2010 IGCSE ?

My physics teacher today told me that there will be some changes to the exams because we're in 2010.
She said that the exam. will now contain new ideas which we've never experienced before, and she said that even cambridge said that.
Concerning that tomorrow we're having the paper 6 physics and after tomorrow the math. paper 2.
My question is, are we going to face this new stuff and ideas, and did cambridge really say that, or will everything be as usual?

I doubt that , but check the Syllabus , it contains everything you need.
