Proposed dividends are current liabilities, since a) The business is supposed to pay the amount to the shareholders but hasn't and b) Supposed to pay within a year so it's current not longterm.

equipment revalued basically means the equipment after deducting its depreciation !!!!

how do we get the amount of 136
