I got my results for AICT in A2. My grades are so bad, whereas my answers and my friends answers matched even with the mark scheme.
And for other subject my friends fell 15-20 marks in every subject where they expected to maintain good results.

I doubt this is a possibility, because yes, even though across the board the results are dismal, myself and a surprisingly large number of XPF members have secured straight A's in A levels. How would that have been possible if the marking had been done carelessly or brutally?

I have the same issue I had checked my solutions with mark scheme and my teachers as well and the worst I could expect (in most unexpected situation) was a B grade but it turned out to be a D which is Noway! possible, I am quite dubious about these results. I had accepted that result until today as I came across a lot of people who got completely haywire results.

'large number'?..really?becuase from what i have seen the number of people with straight A's here is probably less than 20% of the total XPF member population..,.i agree, this year examiners were much harsher than usual.

Well straight A's ARE a bit rare, and keeping that in view, yes, i do believe the total amount was relatively large. :|

I am sorry to say but the majority is crying over the bad result I can hardly come across any person who got what he worked for and those who did get good grades should be happy that they didn't become a victim. For me I would ve scored a freaking C by not studying for months. Screw this result.

Complaining will bring no good trust me. CIE is not even attending calls, British council didn't take any call neither they answered any e-mail.

I think you guys are probably right, it is quite likely something went wrong. I was fairly confident of securing at least an A in Physics but to my utter disappointed I have ended up with a B. I have read the marking schemes and have also looked at the grade thresholds and I don't think I could have lost so many marks. I am quite pessimistic if signing the petition will work, I don't think if they have committed a mistake they would own up to it. Why would they? It would just be bad publicity.... I will sign it anyway though.

If we have enough signs it will atleast draw their attention and result in a formal statement
