Most water released = It had highest water content. That meant kidney reabsorbed less water since it was more.
In C, it had lower water content = so more was reabsorbed.

In a hot day. You sweat. You lose water. You need to drink as much water as possible =.=

And in paper 1 there was one question about the organism causing malaria?Whats the answer?Mosquito,pathogen,vector?

No its not mosquito, pathogen, vector bcoz it asked for wht "CAUSES" malaria and mosquitoes dont "CAUSE" malaria, they "SPREAD" it which is why they are called "VECTORS" The answer shud be parasite, pathogen, microscopic wala cuz thts wht "CAUSES" the disease

I did C because kidney's reabsorbed less water and let more leave the body bcoz the particular day they were talking about was not a 'hot day' while on a 'hot day' the kidney's wud do the opposite i.e reabsorb more water. And as for drink A, it must have less water content as more water was reabsorbed by the kidneys on a normal day when the exp ws done.

It was sun heat answer because of transpiration, I asked my bio sir after the paper about it and he said it was right and + look at what the book says: transpiration pull is the strongest force that causes water to rise up to the leaves of tall plants pg 182 biology matters

As for the drinks, it was c cause from the graph c produced the least urine meaning it had less water content the rest id explained above

in A more urine produced urine is 95% water so in A more urine produces and ur also sweating ur osmotic gradient is distorted and ur body gets dehydrated cells shrink body dsnt function properly and less water absorbed by kidneys

But what happens in the night? Water also moves up in the night to provide water for respiration. The Sun is not there at that moment. And transpiration does not occur at nightime It only occurs in the day

Osmosis does not occur in xylem.I chose the repiration one as respiration occurs the whole time

It said difference in water potential between cell sap and root i think.Thats why it would cause the water to move up.

I think it is a quite difficult paper but thankx GOD A.T.P and MCQs was easy not so difficult

According to me,d paper consisted of questions,some of which were too easy while some of which were quite tricky

no,v had to choose d option which excluded 'prepare solution with boiled n cooled water' because yeast gets denatured on boiling

no,v had to choose d option which excluded 'prepare solution with boiled n cooled water' because yeast gets denatured on boiling

It said the water i think would be boiled,i'm quite sure cuz i read it multiple times,and it would be needed to destroy any bacteria that might be present.We had to remove the colored wala option.
