I recently had to visit the Air Burkina Paris Office to redeem a vacation certificate, and it was a great experience. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they greeted me warmly and handled everything promptly. Before verifying anything, the agent I dealt with checked sure all the data matched and was kind but professional. Trust is greatly increased by that additional degree of information. The office itself is small and comfortable, but it's obvious that they want to help individuals rather than just handle their information. It was really convenient for me that they could speak both French and English. If I ever needed anything else done in person, I would most certainly return.
