I had a mixed experience when I recently flew with United Airlines JFK Terminal and the personnel was amiable and the check-in procedure was quick and easy. But the terminal itself seems a little cramped and antiquated. There weren't many dining alternatives, and there wasn't much seating during busy times. Positively, the boarding procedure was well-organized, and my flight arrived on schedule. It was a good experience all around, albeit there was room for improvement.
