    u cant apply that there coz yu dont know exactly where TC curve intersects cost axis.. it is because yu notice that curve becomes vertical as it appproaches cost axis .. so it is doubtful from where to draw lines ... MC is tangents to the curve.. if u draw tangents on the curve yu will see that...
