After completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, you will have a solid understanding of yoga. Along with studying the anatomy and physiology of the human body, you will also learn about the philosophy and beginnings of yoga. A yoga practice's alignment, sequencing, and modifications will also be covered. The business aspects of yoga, including marketing and ethical teaching, will also be covered.
