light my friend had to face the 3 smartest people on earth L , NEAR, AND MELLO ..plus theres noone who had sided him,unlike lelouch he got c2, kallen,shirley,milly, nunally etc.. but oh poor light only misa-misa, takada..so im voting 4 light who literally decreased the crime rate by 70 % as mentioned in the anime lulu didnt go that far
