Yes, i've solved it.
Q.24)You have to create this table in a new sheet in the same J8seats.csv spreadsheet, but don't copy the number(9) just type all the other stuff in eg. ( Number of buses late,..., route 1, route 2,...) then merge cells A1 to A11( highlight it, then in the home tab merge and center).

Q. 25) enter this formula to count the number of buses which are more or= 5 min late =COUNTIFS(J8BUS!$E$6:$E$131,">=5",J8BUS!$F$6:$F$131,RIGHT(Sheet1!A2,1))
(if u don't understand the formula just ask me)

Q.26) Copy that table, then to paste it, click on the cell u want to paste it in, and right click then paste special then tick the box which says transpose.(if you have done the June 2012 paper can u please help me because i'm stuck on Q.9,10,11)

• less than or equal to 400 seats, then 2 trucks will be required,,,,here u will leave d first cell n rite d formula in d second cell since it mentions"next venue",
using d "iF" funtion in cell g2 type d formula "=IF(F3<400,2,IF(F3<5000,ROUNDUP(F3/400,0),15))

if d number of seats is less than 400 then 2 buses will b required...so thats y comma 2,then,,,"greater than 400 and less than 5000 seats, then 1 truck for every 400 seats plus one extra truck will be required",,,means if d same cell ie "F3",,has less then 1 truck for every 400 passenger is required...n dat one extra is simly addin 1 to d number of buses...its to confuse d examiner!
