The real reason is Hitler fiercely believed in the theory of Evolution. He firmly believed that the Aryan (German) race was superior to others. His philosophy behind execution camps and sterilization camps was to "Speed up the process of natural selection".

He believed that by encouraging the Aryans (Germans) to have sexual relations with other Germans and by sterilizing and killing other races he will significantly improve the German nation. A theory which is fully supported by Evolution>
