just saw this so sorry for the delay and sorry for not solving it but here is all you should do, make a resolution of the forces (tensions A and C) as B is the center, so now you have both equal to 8 (horizontally) and both equal each other (vertically), and by substitution you get both tensions...

just make a horizontal line at B...so the wall and the line make a letter Z , and by trigonometry get the angles as you have the opposite and the adjacent values

oh sorry my bad draw a vertical line to get the letter Z (i always get mixed up between horizontal and vertical) sorry :S
