Find Grading of P and the Midpoint (5,4)
= ( 4- - 1 ) / ( 5 - 3 ) = 5 /2

Using point P and gradient 5/2

( y - - 1 ) / ( x - 3 ) = 5/2

2 ( y + 1 ) = 5 ( x - 3 )

2y + 2 = 5x - 15
2y = 5x - 15 - 2
2y = 5x - 17
