I know its hard. Too hard to calm ur self when one is broken from inside. and its really difficult to pick up ur own pieces. But once uve picked them up, u feel revealed. Somewhat it feels like the broken pieces are back in place again. U just need to have the strength and that determination to do so. Thats all what it takes.
