the two circuits are the same. they are only arranged differently but they are the same. the battery is in parallel to two pair of resistors and so is voltmeter. so the answer is already given. zero volts and 1 ampere.

easy. potential difference of full wire is 6, potential in between two resistors is 3. the same of the second wire. as both are at same potential, their difference is zero.
