:) Do take up the practice of reciting Durood Sharif in abundance, if you don't already. I do AlHamdulillah, and I feel its effects in my life. Its one of the greatest mercies Allah has bestowed upon the Ummah of His Most Beloved Prophet (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam). It is the easiest way to earn the pleasure of Allah and His Messenger (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam), and to be successful in both worlds.

Unlike other deeds, Durood is most excellent because it is a Sunnah of Allah. Allah sends Durood upon His Most Beloved (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) because of His love for Him [Qur'an 33:56], and a Sunnah of Allah is the Most Superior Sunnah, Allah is Supreme. Here's another website, if you're interesting insha' Allah, describing the excellence of durood/salawaat: http://salawat.net/

Thank you for the suggestions and the site. :)
I do already recite Durood Shareef although sometimes I forget to. You're right, Durood Shareef has helped me with a lot of my problems, Thanks to Allah. Most of the times, I recite the shorter Durood Shareef - Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aaalayhi Wasallam. And sometimes, I recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi. Which one do you recite?

Al-Hamdulillah. I recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi, or the Durood that the Prophet (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) recommended for Friday, the one with 'An-Nabiyyil-Ummiyi' (Sall-Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam). I also recite it 11 times before each exam, and blow on my paper and my fingers, and I've never gotten below an A ever since I started that, even if I do really bad, Al-Hamdulillah. :D

Yeah, I think I understand why. In the Qur'an, Allah says that the followers of the Ummi Nabi (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) 'are the successful' [Qur'an 7:157]. Its written that Hadrat Zarar bin Auzar (radiAllahu anhu), Companion of the Holy Prophet (sall-Allahu alaihi wasallam) used to recite that and fight with the non-believers. In every battle, he saw that success kissed his feet. (continued...)
