DNA helicase unwinds the polypeptide chains.Then DNA binding protein attcah to seperate end of the two strands to prevent attraction.
DNA helicase act at random so many breakage points known as origins are formed.

The nucleotides hwich are assembled in the cytoplams come from there toi the nucleus, but phostaphates go back to nucleus as these phospahte ions are neede for energy( wher why??).
