the question is too vague ... job, free-lance or entrepreneurship? which specific area in MIS? which country? ... there are tons of other questions ... so if you have nothing decided (which is okay) then the only advice I can give you is that if you develop the necessary skills and network properly, you will have a decent career

check the links below and more, do some research to understand the field of computer science more ... i say computer science because people use MIS and computer science interchangeably, even though MIS is a part of computer science:-

so for MIS the scope will be a little bit limited but once you have a grasp over basic programming you can choose which languages you want to focus on and fine tune your skills according to the career you want in the long run ... and try to develop skills for another field if you can, just in case you feel like changing your career later on

Basically I've nothing in my mind.....I am thinking on pursing an MIS degree in an Undergraduate level.
Thanks for all your efforts but I still hae some questions?
Like to be specific after completing my Undergraduate most probably I would come back to Middle East so what's the Career prospects in M.E?
Secondly is Pakistan a good option to study MIS(NUST)?

yea sure go ahead and do the undergrad degree but it would be preferable to look at the programming tutorials on youtube to get an idea about the different areas of computer science since different programming languages are ideal for different tasks

also do some research on ERP systems to understand more... going into any field without prior knowledge or extensive research will lead to mistakes later on .. usually people regret their career choices but have few options since switching between specific areas of a field also leads to pay cuts since different skills required

i cannot say anything about the middle-east job market

as for pakistan .. you could but in the end it will depend upon your personal effort largely because business schools in pakistan are too limited, due to resources and lack of open minds, to be able to teach you how to explore and learn on your own

doing some free-lance work and/or doing internships will help you get the exposure you need ... so that you are able to change the "i've nothing in my mind" into "i've something in my mind" and that comes with research and practical exposure

Thanks for the help....
It's really hard for me to carry out an Internship;due to the limited opportunities available for expats (where I live).

So will lot of research be sufficient?
