Actually our new sessions are gonna start soon itx ma 2nd year of olevel and just joined this xpc for some help but we have holidays i cant ask any question to the help community so i just wana ask are they helpful to u or not m just askin u bcuze u r here from many months or i say it now a year

so just askin or m i wasting ma time here bcuze i have so much prob in phxics so when our skl are gonna opened and if i dun understand sth i should ask thek or what if they do not answer m confused!

Blahhhh u just gaved the papers recently just give some tips about how much i study in 24 hours and all!!!! It will be helpfull to me!

I unfortunately have no experience with that. I signed up to the forums before I started my IGCSEs but I didn't have the time to actually go on the forums to ask, so I just stuck to asking friends on Skype and teachers. But if you ask here, it's definitely NOT a waste of time! People here are really helpful and there are dedicated threads for several subjects.

Plus you're getting help from other students who might explain it better than teachers, so that's also an advantage

Thank you and sure I can give advice i guess. I can only help you based on individual subjects though because I had a different plan for each of my subjects, so could you please tell me which subjects you're doing?

Umm yup i have 8 subjects english urdu maths p.studies isl pys chem and bio.

English: I didn't really study for it (I did 1st language, second language and literature) lol so I have 3 english certificates. All I did was see how the answers were formatted, and that's it I literally didn't study for it (good enough vocab)

Maths: if you have ANY problems, immediately ask your teacher, otherwise they'll come to haunt you before exam time...

For the sciences, you should try to make revision notes for at least 1 science during your free time / summer (i did my chem ones in summer) because they help a lot when you're doing tests and you don't have to stress out during the exams with making notes for them

The rest I didn't do so i have no idea. And for maths, you should focus on the parts that you struggle with and dedicate more time to them (a mistake I didn't fix), e.g. if you have a q in a specific topic you couldn't work out, study the whole topic again to refresh

I honestly only started most of my exam studying a month or so before exam time because I already had all my notes prepared and was familiar with most of them.. Give more time to the subjects you're worried about. Don't hesitate to ask teachers for ANY kind of help, or go to another class's teacher if you think he/she is more qualified (i did that)

And please if you need anymore help just ask me I'll definitely try to help you out if you need more specific advice
