for punjab olevels/matric only count 10% towards your final score. Alevels count 40% and MCAT 50%, so my advice would be focus on remaining 5 subjects (sciences, math, english). You can still get 8.3/10 in them.

The max you can get is 9.0/10 so giving these subjects again for 0.7 marks out of 100 is unwanted. (Im not sure whether this formula of 10,40,50% applies to Sindh, Ive told you of Punjab, you must ask your senior/teachers etc)
