Can we have our A Level Destinction Attested by British Council just like they do with our Certificates?

i found it tricky, but in the end just another simple paper, maybe GT A=21 as usual

i just wanted to ask like i physics, sometimes the gt is like 35 for A grade in paper 2 and 30 for a B, so it is under stood that 40=A* or 90% UMS...then we cant expect that 60/60 = 100?....shouldnt it be like 45=100 UMS and u get 60/60 wieghtage ?....correct me if im wrong and inform me aswell..
