Private Student! Admission Inquiries!!?

I completed my O levels in may june 2014 and got 2A*s an 4As. Now im doing my A levels privately, and i want to apply for LUMS in lahore when im done... So will doing A levels privately affect my admission? Thank you.... P.S: im not in pakistan right now
