    they said more than 1.645 sd above the mean which means 1.645*standard deviation and then above the mean means =26.4+(1.645*3.7)-26.4/3.7 =phi(1.645) which gives 0.95 and because they said more than u do 1-0.95=0.05 i hope u understood this is a bit complicated ik ,if i did something wrong u ppl...
