I have just given my o levels papers and waiting for my result. I have decided to opt for A levels but i just don't have any idea that what is the DIFFERENCE between A and As levels. Plz someone provide me with full details about the difference between A and As levels and which will be better for me.

As level in which u clear half of your alevels syllabus and give its exam. Alevel means giving exams at one take in the last year. You know what will be better for you but As level takes your half burden away so go for it. But first year passes so quickly..so gotta study on daily basis.

So u mean to say that i cover the half of the syllabus in the first year and gives the papers then cover the rest of the syllabus and then again gives the papers. then tell me that the final papers that i will give wiil be of the second part or whole of the syllabus and also tell me how do they drive the grades in as. plzz provide me some more detail

final pprz of a2 will be of the rest of the syllabus. syllabus of A2. and 4 more info Google it. go to Cambridge website . see the syllabuses of the subjects u will choose , u will get to know the format. chill

AS is that u need to give off half of ur exams including the practicals in that year it self! i mean the first half of it!
and A2 is giving both the years together and that makes ur first year's portion relatively easier and more understandable!
plus giving A2, u r bette at practicals than giving AS itslef!
hope u understood the difference!

I would suggest that u give A2!
