Admission in universities

As salamoalaikum
I need help regarding admission in Pakistan's universities(Lahore to be specific) . Im a commerce student n i plan to go for C.A. (inshaAllah) or else BBA and then MBA. Do the universities require SAT exam for admission ?? And i've heard about the equivalence certificate... they deduct a percentage frm our total percentage.... can someone plz tell me more in detail about it ??
