Advanced diploma or A-levels.. which is a better choice? Please help!

Hey guys,
Hope you all are enjoying your summer holidays. I am stuck somewhere.. need li'l help!
After completing my O levels, I've been given two options on how to pursue my studies: either A-levels or college (Advanced diploma). Could anyone please tell me which is a better choice.. in terms of admission in universities and employment. What's your opinion? Please help!
