Advice about my results :)

Hey guys :)
I`m having a moment of doubt here so I decided to get some advice. For my IGCSE Results I took 7 A*s and a B in Arabic First Language. I`m thinking of entering a Medicine Uni and I heard that the competition there is very high :/ So, do you think that I should re-do the Arabic this October or November. (Oh, and I`m only gonna do 4 AS and then hopefully, after that enter Uni)
Any advice ? Thanks :D

my advise to u is not to enter cause its only language and dont get scared I got C in same sub but not repeating caz thats fine in my contryEGYPT and instead of doing 4 AS do 2A level and 2AS(note Alevel:chem, bio)
