Alevels Equivilance

Okay, I got 3 A's and 6 B's in Olevels but failed to score any grade in Alevels.
Got 3 U's In Phy, Chem, Maths (Shocked to see them)

I need 50% Equivilance, Can I apply for IBCC Alevels equivalent certificate? Am I Eligible?

Olevel is good

3 U's .. I dont think so because U is ungraded and IBCC only gives equivalence to A*,A,B,C,D only

In the website, there is no mention of minimum grade requirement for IBCC Equivilance. All that is mentioned is 0% for U grade. 3 U's make it Zeroe Percent in my Alevels 300 marks quota. Rest I still have 686 marks out of 900
