Alevels IBCC equivalence

i've Alevels chem+phy+bio and AS maths. what if i want pre-engineering equivalence certificate? i've to apply to a uni T.T i gave Alevels maths btw but i scored low so they gave me AS result

Wut???..:/..thats something i ve never heard!
For pre-engineering equivalence to apply at a university you have to have passing grades in A2 maths,physics and chemistry!
And most universities have prereq of 60% equivalence for admission application procedure!..
