any GIKI students? i need some help

i am thinking of applying in GIKI this year again as it has always been my dream to study there. so i applied last year,gave the test was left out by only 300 merit position! can i reapply and give it a try this year?so i have been doing search on net if GIKI only gives u one chance like FAST, unfortunately i found nothing..can i reapply?
