Any international student studying in University teknology malaysia

is there any internatioal student who has Alevels and is studying in university teknology malaysia. i have gotten 2A* amd 1B in my Alevels and i plan to do mechatronics engineering. can anyone plz tell me whether there is a chance of scholarship and what is the normal fees for an international student who wants to join engineering
