applying for foundation courses with IGCSEs

Hi!
i finished my IGCSE exams 2 years ago, and i stopped because my family had some financial problems. Now im trying to apply for foundation courses in the field of bachelor of medicine? is it possible? or i have to take A levels to enter foundation courses?
