Bio A-level grade please help

What do I need to get an A in bio?

I got an A at AS, my breakdown was A A C in units 1,2 and 3.

If I get a high B in paper 4 is there still a chance I can get A overall?

see the threshold changes every year depending on how hard the paper was and also which variant u took, so this is difficult to tell....
