that if the partial pressure of CO2 increases when the person (sickle cell anemia) is exercising there would be more oxygen available to him than a normal person exercising

It was an average paper. but if you guys did plenty of past papers , you will figure that paper 21 contained many application and thinking questions where in most of the past papers you will find a lot of direct questions. i think the curve will be lower than the previous years .

Reason why Y was meiosis was because (if you knew the diffrences) is that 4 daughter cells were produced the image showed synapses and disjunction while X showed a nuclear division within the cell now (if you studied malria properly you would see a similar procedure occuring in one of the life cycles)http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/olc...bio44.swf::Malaria - Life Cycle of Plasmodium which would then follow by cytokinesis.
