Can someone help me to construct a frequency histogram for question 1 please including a few explanations?

look, as any other type of graphical presentations, y-axis is reserved for the dependent variable "measured value" and y-axis for the independent variable... once you decide which is which, it is just a matter of suitable scaling and proper labeling. Try this and tell me how far you reached !

Hi. I have no doubts about identifying the dependent and independent variables, rather than what is a frequency histogram?? Is it similar to a histogram ("like boxes without spaces in between")? or a simply a graph? I mean, how to construct a frequency histogram?

it is nothing more than an ordinary histogram that shows frequencies ( how many times certain parameter occurs ) .
