Business Paper 2 Help !

I really hate it when they ask for recommendationcs cause I seem to be repeating myself all over again :x
For example, in this paper ---> http://www.xtremepapers.me/CIE/Cambridg ... _qp_21.pdf --- Q3(b), at the last part where they said recommendation i just repeated myself all over again and the mark scheme isn`t much of a help !!
So does anyone have any tips ?!

The previous questions before the recommendation part asks you to write about the advantages and disadvantages of Franchising their Business, and Opening the hotels all by themselves.

So for the recommendation part, you need to look at the 2 answers before it, compare them and figure out which would be the best solution to get them better profits and efficiency. Your recommendation should be based on your answers and comparison.
