as salam alikum
can anyone please help me out in igcse business p2 . how do we break down marks for all questions. what i mean is like if there is a 12 mark question " using all of the relevant information available to you, discuss whether or not the building of the dam will be beneficial to country X.

i mean 12 divide by 3 is equal to 4. so four points in total, 2 in favour 2 against and a conclusion that i think it is beneficial etc.
ok so 4 points which will be of 3 marks, one mark identifying advantage disadvantage, one mark explaining it, one mark for applying it to the case study. and done
please guide me if i am wrong or correct.

for this type of question remember to address effect on all stakeholders
ur approach is right
but another way you could split it is
Company: advantage and disadvantage
Environment: Advantage and disadvantage etc
Employees: etc etc

considering 2 marks for conclusion
4-5 points should be more than enough
