Hi ! I just came to say that Cambridge University Press has their digital book with resources called 'Cambridge Elevate', If you subscribe to that, they let you use their digital versions of books (along with answers), just like paper copy, FOR FREE for 1 month. All you need is your email address where they send you user name & password to log-in. I hope that helps !
